The glowing skin berry smoothie is rich in vitamins and minerals essential for a healthy, radiant skin. Drink your way to a greater skintone.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup kale
- 190 g Greek yoghurt 0% fat
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Serve in tall cup.
