Green smoothie
Here is a healthy breakfast smoothie with spinach and oatmeal.
Ingredients
- 1 handfull spinach
- 2 apples
- 2 bananas
- 6 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tbsp honey
- 600 ml water
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
