Rainbow smoothie
If you want to drink fruit and veggie rainbow
Ingredients
Orange layer
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 carrot medium
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk enough to blend
Green layer
- 1 1/2 banan frozen
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk enough to blend
Yellow layer
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 cup pineapple frozen
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk enough to blend
Purple layer
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk enough to blend
Instructions
- Blend each layer individually, rinsing the blender in between. Set them in the freezer while blending the others.
- Once all layers are blended, spoon them into a glass one on top of another
